DUA66 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the DUA66 website at dua66.net or using the DUA66 mobile application, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legal agreement between you and DUA66. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of DUA66, including registered account holders and visitors who browse the platform without an account. Certain sections — particularly those relating to deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and the VIP programme — apply only to registered account holders.

2.Eligibility & Registration

To register and use DUA66, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful personal information during registration.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or operating an account.
• You must not previously have had a DUA66 account closed or suspended due to a terms violation.

DUA66 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point during your use of the platform. This may include a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and a hold on pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Registration is free and requires a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number and a password. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. DUA66 will not be liable for issues arising from registration errors made by the user.

3.Account Rules

Each individual may hold only one DUA66 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same IP address — is a violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any remaining balance.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your DUA66 account. This includes bets placed, deposits made and any communications sent through the account. You must not share your login credentials with anyone else or allow any other person to use your account.

• Use a strong, unique password for your DUA66 account and do not reuse it across other platforms.
• Log out of the platform when using a shared or public device.
• Enable available security features, including biometric login if your device supports it.
• Notify DUA66 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

DUA66 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it reasonably suspects is being used in violation of these terms, for fraudulent activity, or in a way that causes harm to other users or to the platform itself.

4.Deposits & Payments

All deposits on DUA66 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and direct bank transfer (IBFT). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.

DUA66 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits. Your own payment provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank — may apply their standard transaction charges, which are outside DUA66's control.

Deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered to you personally. Using a third party's payment account — including a family member's — is not permitted and may result in a hold on your withdrawal until identity and ownership are verified.

5.Withdrawals

Withdrawals from DUA66 are processed in PKR back to the payment method used for deposits. You must complete account verification before your first withdrawal is processed. Verification is a one-time requirement and does not affect your ability to continue playing while it is pending.

Processing times for withdrawals depend on your account's VIP tier. Standard accounts typically receive withdrawals within one to two business days. Gold tier accounts and above benefit from faster processing, and Diamond and Legend tier accounts receive same-day processing for most withdrawal requests.

• Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours are processed faster than those submitted on weekends or public holidays.
• DUA66 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable bonus wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Any withdrawal attempt from funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be declined until the requirement is satisfied.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

DUA66 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered account holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are displayed alongside the offer in your DUA66 account. In addition to promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply across the platform:

• Bonuses must be claimed through the designated opt-in mechanism before making the qualifying deposit, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements count differently across game types — live casino, sports betting, fish games and slots may each contribute at a different rate. This is specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder who claimed them.
• DUA66 reserves the right to void a bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in a manner inconsistent with the promotion's intent or these terms.
• Weekly VIP cashback is separate from promotional bonuses and is credited automatically based on your tier and net loss for the week.

DUA66 does not allow bonus abuse, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim a first-deposit bonus more than once, or placing offsetting bets designed to clear a wagering requirement without genuine gaming activity.

7.Gameplay & Fair Play

DUA66 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. Casino games use certified random number generation systems and live dealer games are operated through established providers. The outcomes of games are not manipulated by DUA66.

Players are required to use DUA66 in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance:

• Use of automated software, bots or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in the platform's favour without reporting them.
• Coordinated play between multiple accounts to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Any form of arbitrage betting designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome across multiple platforms.
• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent any platform restriction or access restriction.

If DUA66 identifies a technical error that has affected a game result — such as a system fault during a live casino session — the affected round may be voided and bets refunded. DUA66 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players in such cases.

8.VIP Programme

The DUA66 VIP programme automatically tracks VIP points earned through betting activity across all platform sections. Tier progression is automatic based on accumulated points. The programme operates across six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Legend.

VIP benefits including weekly cashback, higher withdrawal limits and dedicated account manager access are attached to specific tiers and are subject to DUA66's right to adjust the programme at any time. Cashback is calculated weekly and credited in PKR on a Monday for the previous week's activity.

DUA66 evaluates tier status quarterly. Accounts with insufficient activity in a given quarter may be reviewed and their tier adjusted at the start of the following quarter. Players at Platinum tier and above will be notified in advance if a tier revision is anticipated.

9.Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on DUA66 covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, esports and other markets. All bets placed on DUA66 are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body for the sport or event.
• DUA66 reserves the right to suspend betting on a market at any time, including during live in-play events.
• Bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of placing — whether due to a data feed error or user knowledge — will be voided.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of placing a bet.
• Prices are subject to change. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to the settlement of that bet.
• In the event of a match abandonment or postponement, individual market rules apply. Generally, bets on unfinished matches are voided unless a result has been officially declared.

For PSL and T20 international matches, DUA66 provides full pre-match and live in-play markets including match winner, top scorer, over/under and method of dismissal markets. Specific market rules are available within the sportsbook section of the platform.

10.Responsible Gaming

DUA66 is an entertainment platform for adults aged 18 and above. Gaming is intended to be an enjoyable activity and should always be approached with a clear budget and time limit in mind. DUA66 provides the following tools to support responsible play:

• Deposit limits that can be set on a daily, weekly or monthly basis through your account settings.
• Session time reminders that notify you when you have been logged in for an extended period.
• Account cooling-off options that allow you to take a temporary break from the platform.

DUA66 encourages all players to set a session budget before logging in and to stick to it regardless of whether the session has gone well or poorly. DUA66 shall not be liable for any losses — including loss of winnings, loss of data or consequential losses — arising from:

• Service interruptions, platform downtime or technical errors not caused by user action.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Decisions made in reliance on information displayed on the platform that contained a technical error.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa or banks.

Nothing in these terms limits DUA66's liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded. In all other respects, DUA66's total liability to any user in connection with the platform is limited to the balance held in that user's account at the time the issue arose.

12.Changes to Terms

DUA66 reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For significant changes that materially affect users' rights or obligations, DUA66 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders through an in-app notification or an email to the registered address.

Continued use of the DUA66 platform after updated terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those terms. If you disagree with a change, your recourse is to stop using the platform and, if applicable, request withdrawal of your remaining balance before the change takes effect.
